Born and raised in Finland with Kurdish roots, Bestan developed a global understanding of culture from an early age. At just 19, she moved to Dubai to pursue Architectural Engineering and graduated with First Class Honours. She later completed a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering while working at some of the most respected engineering firms internationally. Her early career placed her within highly technical environments where accuracy, structure, and long-term thinking were expected, not optional.

Real estate became a deliberate evolution. She brought with her the discipline of engineering and applied it to property advisory. Instead of focusing on surface appeal, she studies masterplans, construction standards, infrastructure impact, and the underlying drivers of appreciation.
