Omar Abaza

Leading The Oppenheim Group’s UAE expansion, Omar Abaza brings over 20 years of real estate experience through ventures in both the United States and the Middle East. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has worked closely with Founder and longtime friend Jason Oppenheim on strategic growth initiatives, ultimately spearheading the firm’s expansion into Dubai’s luxury market.

A graduate of Florida International University’s School of Business and Management, and fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Omar brings an international business perspective shaped by years of practical experience. Beyond brokerage, Omar has founded and led multiple ventures, managing teams and driving performance through disciplined execution and accountability.

With strong regional ties and deep relationships within The Oppenheim Group, Omar is focused on positioning the Dubai office as one of the leading luxury brokerages in the region.
