Christian Timonian

Christian Timonian is a Dubai-based real estate professional with a strong understanding of the city’s property market, specialising in luxury real estate, investment opportunities, and high-value transactions. Having built his career around client advisory and property sales, Christian has developed a commercially driven approach to real estate, combining market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of individual client objectives.

In his current role as Senior Advisor at The Oppenheim Group, he works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities aligned with their goals, with a focus on strategic property decisions, long-term value, and navigating Dubai’s dynamic real estate landscape. Christian believes that successful real estate advisory goes beyond closing transactions. It is built on trust, transparency, strong relationships, and the ability to understand each client’s needs and deliver results accordingly.

Outside of real estate, his passion is football, other than anything athletic. He also enjoys travelling, maintaining an active lifestyle, discovering new destinations, and exploring the world’s dining and nightlife scenes.
