Nathalie Sawaya

Nathalie Sawaya is a Dubai-based real estate professional with a Civil Engineering background and a strong understanding of the city’s dynamic property market and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Having lived in Dubai for the past six years, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the city, its evolving communities and the international appeal that continues to make Dubai one of the world’s most sought-after real estate destinations.

Before joining Oppenheim Group, Nathalie worked across both developer and agency environments and gained valuable experience from two different sides of the industry, mostly in off-plan. Her career also gave her the opportunity to represent Dubai real estate internationally, taking part in more than 15 roadshows across global markets and working closely with international investors and clients. Nathalie believes that real estate is ultimately about people. She takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for, whether they are investing, searching for a new home or exploring opportunities in Dubai, and prides herself on building relationships based on trust, transparency and long-term value.

Outside of work, Nathalie is naturally curious and loves to travel, explore new cities, discover hidden restaurants and experience different cultures. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new places around Dubai, staying active at the gym and travelling whenever she gets the chance. Her love for people, new experiences and different perspectives is something she also brings into her work, helping her connect naturally with clients from all over the world.
